About Niloufar
Niloufar (Nilou) Deilami is a Registered Dietitian. Her love for the science of nutrition, food, and health combined with her desire to help people lead healthier lives motivated her to pursue a career as a Registered Dietitian.​

Niloufar has worked as a clinical dietitian at major hospitals in Toronto and has expertise in PCOS, diabetes, heart disease, and digestive disorders like IBS.
​Niloufar believes in client-centered, culturally sensitive and compassionate care. Her ultimate goal is to support clients in achieving their personal healthy eating goals.
